So this is the start of.... whatever the hell we are trying to create.
Right now we are just a very... very... slim group of people who are interested in creating websites. What does that make us? a team? a guild? a clan?
Are we here to work together or just get help with projects? maybe we need to have both?
Do we meet up in person or do we just stick to online?
Do we try to make money or try to make resumes?
What are our skill sets?
Who are you any way?
To get the conversation rolling in the right direction:
I see this as being a sort of team based opportunity where we can all pool our skills. That should probably be first and foremost in our minds in our dealings as this will ensures that everyone is not only on the same team, but also trying to work up the same "ladder". now what is this ladder i speak of? Well all of us will have different skill sets so we can all bring something different to the table to fill various needs. At the same time there are some of us that will be able to bring different needs to be filled to the table. This could mean anything from a simple question to a job offering. However, none of us should feel comfortable in making money with the other if we do not know that we can trust each other. So until we get to that point where we can start pooling work and share in some profits, lets get some talk going and start getting everyone on the same boat!
What do you guys think about that?
What should we change about that?
How should we go about achieving that?
